Most orders arrive within 2–8 business days (Australia-wide). We'll send you tracking as soon as it's on its way!
Please reach out to us at hello@theotherdrawer.com.au for us to investigate. If we believe that the item may be defective, we might ask you to return it to us for assessment. If deemed defective and a replacement is available, we will send one your way. If the item is out of stock, we may issue a credit for the value of the item. Please note that delivery fees are non refundable. In some cases, we may ask for a photo or video evidence showing the defect, rather than returning the physical item.
All items have a warranty covering manufacturer defects/not fit for purpose/differs from advertised item. We cannot repair intimate items but may exchange or refund.
